Sightseeing

We have been without the internet for a few days.
We left Coos Bay, and drove to Eugene, Oregon to have some maintainence done to the coach.
We ended up staying at another expensive 'resort'. Got an appointment to have the coach worked on the next day. And it was a looong day. We got there at 7:30, and they finally finished at 9:30 that night.
We spent the night in their parking lot & left on Saturday for Sisters, Oregon.
Met up with Murphy & Gail in Sisters & are now traveling with them.
We saw an elk ranch outside of town & the Sisters Mountains.
On Monday, John and Ann went to LaPine, Oregon, about 50 miles south, to visit some friends made at our park in Casa Grande - Ralph & Ginny. Enjoyed our visit with them.
We left Tuesday, after getting a new tire for the coach, and are now on the Columbia River Gorge.
Yesterday, the four of us drove west along the gourge & stopped at The Dalles, Oregon ( the only city in the U. S. with 'the' in the name). Had lunch there, and then went to the Cascade Locks - there is an old lock there, where people fish from the sides of the lock.
Then we went on to Bonneville, Oregon & toured the dam there & the fish hatchery.
